Your movement is evaluated against tour pro data and graded as follows:

Excellent – Falls within 80% of tour pro data.

Good – Falls within 96% of tour pro data.

Caution – Outside the Good bound, indicating swing tempo outside of desired range.

This grading system helps you understand how closely your swing matches professional standards.

Backswing

Tracks the time it takes to complete the backswing, from the address position to the top of the swing, measured in seconds.

Downswing

Tracks the time it takes to complete the downswing, from the top of the swing to impact, measured in seconds.

Top Hold

Measures the pause duration between the top of the swing and the start of the downswing. If this pause is too brief, the data may not be displayed.

B/D Ratio

Calculates the ratio between the backswing duration and the downswing duration (backswing:downswing). A common ideal ratio is 3:1, meaning the backswing is three times longer than the downswing.

Example

  • If the top hold shows 0.17s, you pause for 0.17 seconds before starting your downswing.

  • If the B/D ratio is 3.83:1, your backswing takes 3.83 times longer than the downswing.
